St. Patrick's Day Update!

Holy cow it has been so long since we have posted. Things are going well. The boys are growing big & Abby gets smarter every day at school.

She is very interested in writing & reading right now. Abby loves the fairy series by Daisy Meadows. I have read more Fairy books in the last couple of months than I thought to ever read. They are a pretty good story though. Kirsty & Rachel always save the fairy from Jack Frost's goblins. Abby's next fairy book is Cherry, the Cake Fairy.

She is pretty excited to read more and more of these books. Luckily there are over 14 different types of fairies with 7 different fairies in each type. That means 98 different fairy books that we can read to Abby for bed time stories. So far we have read the Rainbow Fairies & the Weather Fairies, We have just started the Party Fairies. Abby even creates her own Fairy books. This week's installment was entitled Fairy Games. Fairies play tag, & hide & seek...pretty awesome to see her growing up. Such a great time to be a parent. She is always gaining more knowledge each & every day. Jason & I love it.

The boys are growing big & getting different personalities. Nathan got the stomach bug over February vacation, which enabled Aleks the chance to shine on his own. It was great to see him talking more and laughing with an adult and wanting more attention. Nathan definitely wants center stage all the time, which makes it more difficult to make sure that Aleks is getting attention as well. I have been trying to make special time for Aleks, which is great for him but makes Nathan jealous. The two boys also bicker & steal toys from each other, usually Nathan from Aleks. This makes Aleks cry. Jason is really working on having Nathan share, I usually tell Aleks to push Nathan. Unfortunately this backfired this morning, when Nathan pushed Aleks instead. Oops!

OH well, until next time!
