Holy Cow! New Pictures!!

We thought that a couple of good photos would help alleviate the anxiety over our slacking in posting. As the semester ends there is a smaller amount of time that I spend on the computer doing anything but homework. I thought you would all enjoy these photos.
Abby has come to enjoy her eating table. In fact sometimes Jason just lets her hang out in there even when she is not eating. We think it is backfiring on us though because every time we go to take the toy away before feeding, she throws a fit. Who could believe that such an innocent looking child has lungs that will compete with my loudness someday. Either way, Abby is eating some rice cereal and some oatmeal but is pretty much just nursing at this point. Although now that she has some pearly whites popping through her gums the nursing days are numbered...

We recently went up to see Adam Robinson(Jason's good friend) in a play that he had written. It was part of a festival. I enjoyed Adam's play and Stephanie's song the most out of the entire evening. While we were up in Baltimore, we stayed with Matt and Ruth. We attempted to go to an orioles game. Well we went and froze our butts off. Matt bought Abby her first baseball hoodie, unfortunately the smallest size was a youth small. It helped to keep her warm though that game. You'll notice that abby is wearing a raincoat underneath the hoodie. She also has two blankets, and my hat on. And we were still chilly. While we were up in Maryland, Ruth bought Abby a new Eric Carle book. Brown Bear, Brown Bear. The book is actually almost bigger than Abby but she likes it a lot.
As you can see by her look of intrigue in the picture below. The books have been great fun.

Jason is also trying to instill his love of Football into our daughter. She frequently rocks the bears onesy and hat when Daddy dresses her in the morning. It should be interesting what she wears this upcoming week when I am out of town. I have another set of pictures just waiting to be entered from Jeff and Becka's visit and the spring time in North Carolina. Give me another week and all of my projects will be completed.

Comments:
She wore a cute dress on the first day mom has been gone. I think it was handmade, but I'm not sure by whom.

Even though little miss Abby is developing quite the attitude, she is also becoming more independent which means she can sit and occupy herself for longer periods of time. This is nice when we want to actually do something for ourselves, or to just get some housework done. I can't wait 'til she's old enough to do the dishes!

Very cute. it's nice to see pictures since we can not be with you guys.

you could move to Henderson...Just kidding, DON'T. Abby survived my leave and apparently has learned to sleep longer through the night without me.

Thanks so much for all your efforts in letting us see Abby growing up. It means so much. Like how you are introducing her to so many books.
