Abby Lee

Oh how things are changing. Abby will be starting Kindergarten on Tuesday. I can't believe that the day has come that she will be starting school. I have heard that time will start flying by now. I am so excited that she is going but also sad because it means she is growing up. How interesting it will be to see how she changes as she starts to learn more from her teachers and also from her peers. I think she is pretty excited though! She went to a Kindergarten Orientation with Jason yesterday and it looks to be a good class. I guess I should go get her a backpack for school... I wonder what else a Kindergartner needs to begin school.


It will be a busy September. Abby starts school on Tuesday, Mary & Paul get married on September 18th, and Abby & the boys have birthdays in September. I keep thinking back to last year at this time and feeling so uncomfortable and being sick. I am so glad that the boys are healthy and everything turned out fine. Hard to believe that they will be a year old in just a couple weeks. Aleks is sporting 6 teeth & weighing in at 14 pounds. Nathan only has 4 teeth and at last appointment weighed 17 pounds. Both boys like to make noises and "talk" with each other. Nathan can crawl with his belly off of the ground and Aleks still army crawls. They can do the touchdown motion and clap their hands. It is amazing to watch them right now...well except when it is bed time.

This year ought to be a busy one for me at school but hopefully i can be better at posting on our blog. I have gotten lazy, with it being so easy to post on facebook I frequently forget to come this way. At this time we will continue to post here because who knows how long facebook will be around & be used...Blogspot apparently has longevity.
